TikToker @laurenn_morgann was stunned to realize the job she was interviewing for required a six-day workweek and keeping up with emails after office hours.

These days many companies are complaining that they are having a hard time finding people who want to work for them. With requirements like this, it's easy to see why this company in particular is having a hard time finding applicants.

When TikToker @laurenn_morgann had an interview with a recruiter for a company, she learned that the job required her to work a six-day workweek.

Of course she hung up on the recruiter and took to TikTok to share her strange experience with her viewers.

She revealed that the recruiter told her that employees were expected to check their emails after office hours and that she would need to work either Saturday or Sunday at the office.

The caption for her video read:

“Then employers are like why doesnt Gen Z want to work a 9-5?!! like this is why.”
