Less than three weeks after being arrested for disorderly conduct in Hawaii, actor Ezra Miller is once again in legal trouble following an arrest this week in Hilo, Hawaii for assault.

According to Hawaii Island Police, Miller was arrested around 1:00am Tuesday morning at a private home in the city of Pāhoa where they are alleged to have thrown a chair at a fellow attendee of a private get-together.

Miller was arrested shortly thereafter during a traffic stop in the city of Kea’au.

According to the police department's report, the altercation occurred after Miller became irate at being asked to leave the gathering. They then threw the chair, which hit a 26-year-old woman and left her with a half-inch cut on her forehead.

Miller was charged with second-degree assault, but has since been released from custody pending further investigation.

The incident is just the latest in a series of run-ins with the law resulting from violent altercations in Hawaii.

Late last month, Miller was arrested and jailed following an incident in a Hilo bar in which they grabbed a microphone away from a woman singing karaoke and lunged at a man playing darts.

Later the same night, they were removed by police from a Hilo residence after bursting into a couple's bedroom and threatening them. Police said at the time they had received at least 10 calls regarding Miller in the three weeks prior to the March incident.

Miller is best known for appearing in the Fantastic Beasts series of Harry Potter prequels and for playing The Flash in several DC movies.

Warner Brothers Pictures, the studio behind the upcoming standalone The Flash film starring Miller, is said to be panicked by Miller's recent spate of legal trouble in light of their "frequent meltdowns" on set of the film last year. The studio pushed the film's release to 2023 in the wake of Miller's legal issues.

On Twitter, people made light of Miller's ongoing issues.

Miller has a history of violent outbursts and run-ins with the law dating back to 2011.

The growing list includes an incident in which they were caught on video appearing to choke a woman in a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland.

TikToker Explains Why Walmart Is A 'Rental Company' Due To Their Lax Return Policy—And He's Got A Point

Let's be honest: the average consumer has reached the point of having to choose between basic necessities, sometimes having to skip out on groceries because they needed gas to get to work or a new bottle of shampoo.

In an economy like this, it's hard to imagine any "fun" spending, like buying a new book, trying out new skincare, or dare we say, paying for an experience, like seeing The Nutcracker ballet at over the holidays or buying Christmas presents.
