Trump's Team Lashes Out In Response To Kinzinger's Claim That Trump Has An Awful 'Odor'

After the former GOP rep. claimed on X, formerly Twitter, that the ex-President has an 'odor' that is 'something to behold,' Trump's team responded with their own dig at Kinzinger.

Former President Donald Trump's team lashed out after former Illinois Republican Representative Adam Kinzinger claimed on X, formerly Twitter, that the ex-President has an "odor" that is "something to be behold."

Kinzinger said he is "genuinely surprised" that people close to Trump have not "talked about the odor" and advised anyone who might find themselves in Trump's orbit to "Wear a mask if you can."

You can see his post below.

Trump's team swiftly reacted to Kinzinger's comment via a spokesperson, calling Kinzinger an "unemployed fraud" and accusing him of disgracing the country while disrespecting those around him.

They said:

“Adam Kinzinger farted on live TV and is an unemployed fraud. He has disgraced his country and disrespects everyone around him because he is a sad individual who is mad about how his miserable life has turned out.”

The spokesperson's response referenced an incident where Kinzinger supposedly "farted on live TV," though it's unclear which specific televised moment was being alluded to. However, it harked back to the internet's reaction in 2019 to what sounded like a flatulent noise during a live MSNBC interview with California Democratic Representative Eric Swalwell known as "Fartgate." But Swalwell is very much not Kinzinger.

Many online were disgusted to hear about Trump's odor, but were not surprised.

This is the second time in the last month that a prominent figure has brought up Trump's signature odor.

During her appearance on The Mary Trump Show podcast in November, comedian Kathy Griffin left Trump’s niece, Mary Trump, taken aback after Griffin delved into her encounters with Trump during her guest appearances on his reality show The Apprentice, pinpointing what she described as a distinctive scent emanating from the former President.

She vividly recalled a scent reminiscent of body odor coupled with "scented makeup products," noting the detectable aroma of hair products even outdoors.

Mary Trump grimaced at the revelation though she noted that if someone made a candle with that smell, it "would fly off the shelves" in time for Christmas.

Trump Slammed After Using Correspondents' Dinner Shooting As Reason For Why He 'Needs' To Build His New Ballroom

A false flag is defined by Webster's dictionary as a hostile act intentionally designed to "manipulate public perception, create false culpability, or justify retaliatory actions." The phrase is getting a workout online by more than conspiracy theorists after a press conference by MAGA Republican President Donald Trump on Saturday night.

That night, Trump was slated to attend and speak at his first White House Correspondents' Dinner (WHCD) as President. Each year of his first term and in 2025, he denigrated the WHCD and refused to attend.
