A viral video taken at the University of Kentucky showed a student being knocked to the ground by a gust of wind as powerful storms blew through Lexington on Tuesday.

A student was determined to get to class despite the severe storms barreling through Kentucky on Tuesday.

Before our intrepid young scholar made it into the building, however, a huge gust of wind knocked them off their feet.

Independent student newspaper the Kentucky Kernel posted the wild clip, courtesy of an individual named Ethan Ferry, and it went viral.

You can see the video of the airborne student here.

The clip was taken from inside the building, through an open doorway that showed the raging storm outside.

It was a scene as intense as a violently shaken snow globe—but with flying debris.

Suddenly, an individual with a backpack was seen flying into view and being knocked backward by the powerful winds and hydroplaning across the pavement just before the clip cut off.

Whoever it was, the internet gave them props for their fortitude and dedication to learning.

Others admitted to not being as devoted.

But people remained concerned for the student's safety.

In response to the inquiries, a shared photo confirmed that the fallen student was safe, albeit with a scraped-up elbow.

The text overlay read:

"Gets thrown to the ground by a tornado otw [on the way] to class."
"And she still went to class. She deserves an A."

The internet collectively sighed in relief that she was able to get back on her feet after her brutal brush with Mother Nature.

We're glad she wasn't swept across town and forced to miss class.

Stay safe out there, folks.

Philly Woman Goes Viral With Her Totally Chill Reaction To Her Car Being Completely Frozen In Ice

While the Northeast battled winter weather, the internet was captivated by a Philly-based TikToker documenting how her car turned into what she jokingly described as a Snowmaggedon popsicle.

Last week, Tianna Graham shoveled out her 2016 Honda Civic and drove out after a snowstorm, took it to work, and parked it in the same spot she’d left it before: next to a water main. By the time she returned, her vehicle was completely encased in ice on the 1000 block of North Front Street in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood.

Dad Sparks Heated Debate After 'Nice Note' He Left For Wife And Kids Before Work Trip Sets Her Off

When a person becomes a parent, much more will change in their life than they anticipated.

But that transition can be especially hard when a person feels like they're losing themselves to their role as a mom or dad—and that feeling is made even worse when their partner hyper-fixates on their new role.
