Some people are natural born givers and like to lift other people's spirits and find unique and fun ways to make them laugh.

TikToker @poorandhungry, or "Syd," is one such person who maintains a TikTok and Instagram account with funny parodies, quips, and skits that leave her audience rolling with laughter.

But a real-life incident left her audience laughing even more than usual and left the stunned TikToker low-key impressed.

Like many accounts on TikTok, she had included her email in her bio as a way to get in touch—and a troll had decided to use her email to sign her up to participate in the Special Olympics.

The application for this is fairly long and involved, but the person had not shied away from depicting Syd's running performance times, sports of choice, and other information the application asked for.

Because her email was used, Syd was notified when the application was complete, and she was shocked to read through not just the registration confirmation but the application the anonymous troll had filled out. So she made a TikTok about it.

The TikToker got right to the point:

"Whoever used my email that is in my bio to register me as a participant in the Special Olympics, that is a new, unparalleled level of internet troll."
"Because you bet that when I got that email 20 minutes ago that said, 'You're Registered,' and it came from the United States Special Olympics Committee, I clicked that."
"I clicked it and I read it. I read what you wrote for my application and my times, and I don't even run that fast."

It was clear that the TikToker was frustrated but also kind of impressed.

"By no means do I want anyone else to use my email to do anything else, but that was just too ridiculous and shocking not to share."
"So if you're seeing this and you did that, don't do it again to anybody else. Just knock it off. Only sign up for your own things."
"But I want you to know that I saw it, and I read my application that you wrote for me on my behalf."
"And unfortunately, no, I don't think I will be attending my qualifier."

A spokesperson for Special Olympics Tennessee even commented on the video, stating:

"But we'd love to have you as a volunteer!"

TikToker @poorandhungry used the opportunity to put a positive spin on the prank application, sharing how others could get involved to show support and advocate for those in need.

She then directed her audience to the Special Olympics website and walked them through how to navigate the website, what volunteer opportunities were available, and how to find which opportunities were geographically closest by.

The TikToker voiced her interest in "volunteering her time" and showed how she would use the information on the website to volunteer her time and to get started with supporting the organization, before encouraging others to do the same.

Replying to @Special Olympics Tennessee i love how easy it is to find ways to donate and volunteer !!

This incident was such a great example of how to laugh in the face of a prank, and most importantly, make the most of the situation.

Hopefully, this will lead to new adventures for this TikToker as well as unique new opportunities to uplift her audience and make her viewers laugh.

Jesse Watters Blasted After Joking That Women 'Better Watch Out' For Testosterone-Boosted Male Troops

Fox News host Jesse Watters sparked outrage after implying that women will face more sexual assault from testosterone-boosted men in the U.S. military now that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth announced that service members age 30 and older will be screened annually and treated for testosterone deficiency.

The decision to screen active-duty service members for testosterone levels and offering testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) when appropriate is part of an effort to keep U.S. troops on the "leading edge of lethality," Hegseth said in a video posted to X captioned "The High-T Department of War."

MTG Just Went Scorched Earth On Lindsey Graham's Legacy In Viral Rant: 'He Was A Murderer'

Former Georgia Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene called the late Republican Senator Lindsey Graham a "murderer" in remarks on the progressive news show The Young Turks, saying Graham's legacy is defined by the fact he "supported war more than anything."

Graham died on the evening of July 11 after returning from an official visit to Ukraine. According to a preliminary finding from the medical examiner, shared by his office, Graham died after suffering an aortic dissection—a tear in the inner wall of the aorta—linked to hardening of the arteries.

Florida Woman's Hilarious Reaction To Racy New License Plate Number Goes Viral—And Here Come The Jokes

Florida has given the internet plenty of strange stories over the years, but few arrive courtesy of a state-issued license plate. One Florida woman recently found herself at the center of the latest Sunshine State spectacle after spotting an unfortunate combination of letters and numbers on her newly assigned tag—and the internet immediately did what the internet does best.

Pompano Beach resident Nancy Dello Stritto opened her mail to find a license plate that could easily be interpreted as a crude phrase. Rather than laugh it off, she was less than thrilled by the discovery.
