The actor and talk show host was in the middle of interviewing Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston about 'Murder Mystery 2' when she experienced her first perimenopause hot flash.

It's always nice to share the big milestones in your life with your friends, but we don't think Drew Barrymore had this in mind when she experienced her first hot flash on air with pals Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler.

Aniston and Sandler were on The Drew Barrymore Show earlier this week promoting their new film Murder Mystery 2 when Barrymore suddenly made the realization.

The host was moving furniture around on set in order to be more intimate with her interviewees, and upon returning to her newly positioned seat, she quickly peeled off her blazer and gasped, "I'm so hot!"

As Aniston helped Barrymore readjust her mic, Barrymore revealed:

"I think I'm having my first hot flash."

To which Aniston excitedly responded:

"I feel so honored!"

Sandler proceeded to join in on the fun, telling Barrymore:

"It's supposed to come with like a very heavy anger, mood swings."
"Maybe you can bring that out, too."

The Never Been Kissed star obliged with a stare of death directed at her 50 First Dates co-star.

You, too, can witness Barrymore's first hot flash below.

While viewers of the show were entertained by the moment, many also expressed their gratitude Barrymore talked about it, as there remains a stigma surrounding the discussion of menopause and its related physical and mental side effects.

Ironically, just a couple of weeks ago Barrymore sat down with Gayle King on CBS where they had a conversation about menopause.

At the time, the ET star shared she had never had hot flashes and inquired about them.

King told her:

"It feels like you're burning inside... It just feels hot."
"For me, it was just a physical heat."
"You can sometimes have dripping, drenching sweats that just can happen at the most inopportune times."

Based on King's description, it's safe to say Barrymore did, indeed, have her first hot flash... and for the world to witness, at that!

Hopefully this spurs more conversation around the realities of menopause and results in the spread of more information and resources.

Trump Just Shared A Truly Unhinged Tribute To Tim Cook After He Announced He's Stepping Down As Apple CEO—And, Hoo Boy

President Donald Trump shared an unhinged tribute to Apple CEO Tim Cook—whom he again referred to as "Tim Apple"—following Cook's announcement that Apple will have a new leader starting in September, openly reminiscing about all the times Cook would call him to "kiss my ass."

Cook took over from Steve Jobs and reshaped Apple by leaning on his operations expertise. He streamlined and expanded global supply chains, introduced Apple-designed chips, and pushed the company beyond hardware into services, launching subscription offerings like Apple News, Apple TV+, and Apple Pay, which have since become major revenue drivers.

AOC Offers Hilarious Take On Why Trump's Golfing Amid Iran War Might Actually Be A Good Thing

New York Democratic Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez spoke frankly with MeidasTouch Network's Pablo Menriquez when asked about President Donald Trump's second-term golfing habits, pointing out why Americans might actually want him on the "golf course more than you want him in the Oval Office."

She said it was “awful” that Trump was golfing while the U.S. is at war with Iran and facing rising prices, arguing he should be focused on his responsibilities instead.
