Comedian Hilariously Goes Off On Gen Z For Constantly Picking On Millennials—And She's Got A Point

Comedian Iliza Shlesinger went off on Gen Z in a rant during a recent show for always mocking and criticizing Millennials, reminding them to 'never forget that we walked on Instagram so you could run on TikTok.'

Inter-generational conflict has been a staple of comedy bits for millennia. Millennials may have finally found their voice in comedian Iliza Shlesinger, 40.

In a clip from a live set that went viral on TikTok, Shlesinger expressed frustration over Gen Zers using the comments section on TikTok videos and elsewhere to relentlessly mock Millennials.

She wondered, hilariously, why Gen Zers don't see that their TikTok dances came from years of Millennials posting coffee pictures to Instagram.

Shlesinger encouraged the generations to stop bickering and to team up, instead. Both are struggling in a difficult world. And, she pointed out, the only reason the two generations are even fighting at all is because they are the only ones in the TikTok comments anyway, bar a few lurking Gen X-ers.

People in the comments, albeit mostly Millennials, loved the bit.

Accused of avocado greed from one side and of "cheugy" behavior from the other? Brilliant.

There's clearly a reason this comedy bit went viral.

The United States military was used to kill 11 people on a boat that MAGA Republican President Donald Trump claimed was operated by the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.

In the aftermath of the controversial strike against a nonmilitary target based on dubious intel, Vice President JD Vance did his only apparent duty, aside from going on vacations to places he's unwanted—cheerleading for anything Trump does.

Leavitt's Reality Check: Trump Signs Hats

President Donald Trump strolled into the men’s U.S. Open final expecting applause and instead got served with boos, jeers, and maybe one pity clap—the kind of reaction usually reserved for a line judge blowing a call.

It was his first visit to the tournament since 2015, yet another taxpayer-funded detour for a president more interested in stadium optics than unemployment numbers—or, you know, actually running the country for once.

Ayo Edibiri Perfectly Responds After Reporter Excludes Her From Question About 'Me Too' And 'Black Lives Matter' Being 'Done'

When a person wants to have a surface-level conversation and not dig into a deeper, more nuanced discussion surrounding a topic, it's usually blatantly obvious.

And it was clear that when Andrew Garfield, Julia Roberts, and Ayo Edibiri were on tour for their film After the Hunt, a journalist was interested in the buzzwords "MeToo" and "Black Lives Matter"—without any curiosity about either movement.

Trump Slammed After Threatening War On Chicago With Bonkers 'Apocalypse Now'-Style AI Photo

After trying again to seem like the strongmen—genocidal dictators—he so admires, MAGA Republican President Donald Trump is backpedaling fast and trying to explain away a meme he posted Saturday that targeted the city of Chicago, Illinois, for military invasion.

The AI-generated meme used actor Robert Duvall's iconic stance, body—with an idealized version of Trump's face superimposed—and line from the film Apocalypse Now. The image included the Chicago skyline and text reading "Chipocalypse Now."

Ex-Playboy Model Speaks Out After Being Told To 'Button Up' By American Airlines Flight Attendant

Gone are the days of dressing up to go on a plane. As the seats have shrunk and the amenities disappear one by one while the checked bag policies grow more strict, it's no wonder that people are just trying to be comfortable on their flights.

Recently, however, former Playboy model Sarah Blake Cheek allegedly received some unsolicited feedback on her outfit from American Airlines before boarding her flight.
