Joy Behar Just Claimed She's 'Had Sex With A Few Ghosts'—And Whoopi's Reaction Is All Of Us

'The View' Cohosts were discussing a woman who claimed her house is haunted by 'sexual' ghosts.

You can always count on the women of The View to eventually say something bonkers every few weeks.

Sure, they're ultimately there to talk about politics, pop culture and other current events, but wait long enough and one of them says something totally off the wall. And nine times out of ten, it's long-running co-host Joy Behar that sets tongues wagging.

And so it was last week, but Behar's most recent eyebrow-raiser is weird even for her. Behar has apparently had sex with ghosts.

Sure. Who among us hasn't?

If you're not sure how to respond, you're not alone.

Moderator Whoopi Goldberg clearly had no idea what to do with this information either.

You can see her reaction below.

The comments came during a segment about a Texas woman who claims her home is haunted by sexy, sexy ghosts who want to have ghost-sex with their non-ghost roommate.

Texas House Haunted By “Sexual” Spirits? | The Viewyoutu.be

While discussing the woman's para-pornal phenomenon (see what we did there), co-host Sara Haines jokingly mused whether one can get pregnant from doing sexy times with a poltergeist.

To which Behar replied moments later:

“I’ve had sex with a few ghosts and never got pregnant.”

Which was most unexpected, because aside from being, you know, actively unhinged, Behar had also just called the Texas woman a "wackjob" for her claims. Who's the wackjob now, Behar?!

Anyway, Behar mumbled the joke under her breath so it was easy to miss, but one person who definitely did not miss it was Goldberg. Turning to the audience, she quipped:

“I’m just gonna let that ride. I don’t know how many of you just heard what Joy just said, but I’m going to let it ride.”

And then, like the seasoned pro she is, it was never mentioned again.

Twitter certainly had lots to say about it, however.

If Behar was serious about her claim, she's in good company: Pop star Kesha, actor Lucy Liu and late model Anna Nicole Smith all claimed to have had sex with ghosts as well. Halloween is just around the corner if you feel like stepping your sex life up!

Even Trump's NASA Director Had To Set Kim Kardashian Straight After She Said The Moon Landing 'Didn't Happen'

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy—who is also NASA's Acting Administrator—issued the weirdest fact-check ever when he corrected reality star Kim Kardashian after she revealed herself to be a moon landing conspiracist.

Conspiracy theorists have long alleged the moon landing was fabricated by NASA in what they claim was an elaborate hoax—and Kardashian certainly made it clear where she stands in a video speaking to co-star Sarah Paulson on the set of the new Hulu drama All’s Fair.

It can be really fun to experience something for the first time that you've never really had before, like a disposable income.

For the average person, there isn't generally a lot of excess money to spend frivolously when they're a child, so when they hit their twenties and have their first "real" or "more important" job, they might find themselves in a position to enjoy some of the finer things in life.

Special Olympics Fires Back At Kid Rock With Powerful Statement After He Used 'The R-Word' To Describe Halloween Costume

MAGA singer Kid Rock was called out by Loretta Claiborne, the Chief Inspiration Officer of the Special Olympics, after he used the "r-word"—a known ableist slur—to describe his Halloween costume this year.

Kid Rock, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, was speaking with Fox News host Jesse Watters when he donned a face mask and said he'd be going as a "r**ard" for Halloween. Watters had guessed he was dressed as Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases who spearheaded the nation's COVID-19 pandemic response.
