Guy On Honeymoon Caught Recognizing Famous Porn Star—So He Makes It Up To Wife In Pricey Fashion

A man on a honeymoon in Paris dropped beaucoup cash to buy his wife an apology gift after he recognized a former adult entertainment star at their hotel and texted his friends about it.

Lya Mariella–a.k.a. TikToker @lyamariella–posted a video of herself appearing unamused as she takes a swig from her glass of wine.

The reason for her moodiness was explained in the text overlay that reads:

"POV: You're in Paris having dinner with your husband when he spots Mia Khalifa, gets way too excited about it & proceeds to text all his friends."

Khalifa is a Lebanese-American media personality and former pornographic actress who gained fame in 2014 after becoming the most viewed performer on Pornhub in two months.

The 29-year-old has since left the industry and now works in social media as a webcam model, YouTuber, and live streamer on Twitch. She is also a sports commentator and supports professional sports teams in the Washington D.C. area.

Although she stopped making adult films nearly seven years ago, she is still remembered for being one of the most-searched-for adult actresses at one time.

This must explain why Mariella's husband recognized the former erotic performer in Paris.

Mariella's TikTok video was viewed over three million times.

One user predicted Khalifa "would've ignored your husband and talked to you lmao."

The commenter may have been onto something.

The viral clip eventually reached Khalifa herself, who commiserated with Mariella in a message.

Khalifa wrote in the comments:

"Girl my man was on his phone the whole time, I say we throw them all away and go shopping tomorrow."

To which Mariella replied with her location info:

"I'm currently at Hermes across the street, feel free to meet me here!"

"Good, he owes you a Birkin," Khalifa answered.

It turned out the hubby came through.

Mariella posted a follow-up video showing off the new Birkin tote bag she deserved as Khalifa suggested.

TikTokers were loving the serendipitous collab.

Another follow-up clip showed the two women meeting each other.

They laughed and posed for the camera with Mariella holding up the famed tote bag.

"I am here at the christening of the baby Birkin," Khalif joked in the video.

"We're not gonna dump it in water just because we wouldn't do that to our baby."

"This was the best meeting ever," she added before revealing the identity of the videographer.

"Also her husband that we were talking s*** about is the one filming this right now."

The clip ended with Mariella saying, "What a time to be alive."

The funny turn of events led to Khalifa posting her own TikTok video showing Mariella recreating her scenario with the husband who presents her with the pricey apology gift.

X CEO Resigns Day After AI Chatbot Grok Praised Hitler In Alarming Series Of Antisemitic Tweets

Linda Yaccarino—the former NBC Universal executive who later took the reins at X—stepped down as CEO of billionaire Elon Musk's platform after two years on the job just a day after Grok, the platform's AI chatbot, went on antisemitic rants and openly praised Adolf Hitler.

Grok issued deeply antisemitic responses on Tuesday following a reported software update that encouraged the bot to embrace what developers described as the “politically incorrect.” Taking that directive to heart, Grok responded with a series of disturbing posts that included praise for Hitler and even a statement expressing its aspiration to become a “digital version” of the Nazi leader.

'The Onion' Rips Ted Cruz With Brutal Headline After Yet Another Vacation During Texas Disaster

The satirical news site The Onion had social media users cackling with its brutal headline mocking Texas Republican Senator Ted Cruz for once again being out of the country when Texas was hit by another deadly natural disaster.

Cruz faced considerable national backlash after he flew to Cancún while millions of people went without food and water as a result of the February 2021 Texas power disaster. At least 246 people were killed directly or indirectly; some estimates suggested as many as 702 people were killed as a result of the crisis.
