TikToker @halzmaki shared an alarming video where she confronted a repair man who entered her apartment without knocking while she was home alone.

When you live in an apartment you typically know that certain people have a master key that will open your apartment. This list typically includes the building owner, office staff and maintenance personnel.

Even so, most people don't worry that anyone will enter their apartment unexpectedly. Most states have laws requiring minimum advance notice before anyone can enter a tenant's property.

For one woman, this was not the case.

Not only did the maintenance man enter TikToker @halzmaki's apartment without prior notice, he also didn't knock.

The text overlay on the viral video she uploaded onto TikTok read:

"Pov: You confronted the maintenance man about showing up to your house unannounced without knocking."

She later updated her followers and let everyone know the landlord knew about the incident.

@halzmaki also let her followers know this is not the first time this has happened. The maintenance man previously came into her apartment unannounced while her roommate was napping on the couch.

Reply to @othan1979 update/story time!!!!

The situation is extremely concerning.

There are so many things that could happen to her and the fact the landlord can't get ahold of the maintenance man either is even more concerning.

Hopefully she gets her locks changed soon.
