Bill Nye the Science Guy showed off his catwalk skills at the 9th Annual Blue Jacket Runway Show—and fans are so here for it.

Bill Nye the...Fashion Guy?

The 69-year-old beloved science communicator made a comeback to New York Fashion Week on Tuesday, February 4, to show off his skills at the 9th Annual Blue Jacket Runway Show in New York City.

In the show, he wore an outfit designed by Thom Browne, a pair of black shorts that hung above the knee, and a navy blue bomber jacket embroidered with Greek gods and goddesses. He completed the outfit with black dress shoes and black crew socks.

Nye walked to the end of the runway, donned a pair of sunglasses and gave the audiences a jaunty salute, before sashaying away with a small step-ball-change dance move in the middle of his walk off.

He nearly lost his sunglasses during a turn he did near the end of his walk.

Still, it's odd to see your after-school science man (or during school, if your teacher was having a bad day) walking a runway.
