Video Of Woman Lying On Tracks And Talking On Phone As Train Passes Over Her Sparks Backlash

A video of a woman chatting on her phone after a high-speed train passed right over her is going viral and leaving the internet completely dumbfounded over her flirtation with death.

The clip was shared by Twitter user Dipanshu Kabra on April 12 and was reportedly filmed at a train station in Haryana, India according to Meaww.

The video's caption translates to "Gossip on phone, more important" with a face to palm emoji–which pretty much summed up social media users' reactions to the bizarre clip.

The woman wearing a traditional shawl called a dupatta sat upright and got to her feet after the goods train sped over her as she lay flat on the tracks and appeared to take a call as if nothing happened.

Because of the unbelievable nature of the video, many users speculated this was an digitally edited stunt.

Those less discerning were appalled over the woman being unconcerned with her life.

And others were only able to match the ridiculousness with humor.

Regardless of the veracity of the video, it does generate concern that some viewers may imitate the stunt but with a different outcome.
