When Kirstie Alley said she was "blackballed" by Hollywood after she voted for Donald Trump twice, the former twice-impeached, one-term President praised her with a letter of support.

Alley shared a screenshot of Trump's "very kind acknowledgment."

"Stick with Kirstie Alley!" wrote Trump—who had been permanently banned from Twitter after inciting followers to march to the Capital and disrupt the certification of President Joe Biden's electoral college victory on January 6.

Trump added:

"She is a great actress, loved by so many people, and a true original. She is also strong and smart. Many millions of people greatly appreciate her support of our Country.
"Thank you Kirstie, you are truly appreciated!"

However, Twitter was was less supportive despite the "many millions" Trump claimed appreciated her.

Alley talked about being rejected by Hollywood during an appearance on Fox Nation's Tucker Carlson Today on Wednesday.

When Carlson asked, "how did you get to a place where you're saying things that you clearly believe but that aren't popular?"

"I just don't have much on the whole subject of politics because most of my life I voted Democrat," Alley began.

"I have never seen such insane reactions in my life. I wasn't alive when it was blackballing in 1947. But, this is the first time in Hollywood, because I never had any problem with Hollywood...It started about four years ago."

She claimed a producer pulled her aside during an unnamed project and warned her not to let the public know of her plans to vote for Trump if she wanted to continue working in the industry.

You can watch the interview here.

"People go, 'You're so brave.' I go, 'No, I think I'm stupid.' Because honestly, it is a real situation. And it is a real blackballing situation."

She added:

"It's so strange to me because artists are free-thinkers, for the most part."
"You can be cooking meth and sleeping with hookers, as long as apparently you didn't vote for Trump. I feel like I'm in 'The Twilight Zone' a bit, with the whole concept of it."

The former Cheers actress told Carlson her celebrity friends unfollowed her after finding out who she was endorsing in the 2020 election.

It was Trump, for a second time.

"I'm going, 'I'm the same person. I'm the girl who voted for Obama twice… You liked me when I voted for Obama and now you're this?'"

At the time, she explained why she was voting for Trump again.

"I'm voting for [him] because he's NOT a politician. I voted for him 4 years ago for this reason and shall vote for him again for this reason."
"He gets things done quickly and he will turn the economy around quickly. There you have it folks, there you have it."

Kirstie said of the reaction to her alliance with Trump:

"It's made me have to rethink, weirdly, my whole friendships."

Trump Administration Dragged After U.S. Military Shoots Down One Of Our Own Drones Over Texas

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has long emphasized the "warrior ethos" he expects from the U.S. military but now his leadership (to say nothing of the Trump administration as a whole) is facing criticism after military personnel shot down a drone operated by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) on Thursday in Texas in yet another display of incompetence.

Lawmakers said that the military used a laser to down a CBP drone at Fort Hancock, leading the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to expand flight restrictions near El Paso, Texas. The reason for the laser use remains unclear, but it was the second such deployment in the area in two weeks, despite rules requiring coordination with aviation regulators.
