The singer shared an emotional video of her son Diezel's graduation ceremony at Howard University—but some fans were distracted by her outfit choice.

Toni Braxton celebrated her son’s graduation from Howard University in a risqué outfit that made fans and fashion critics blush.

The Grammy-winning R&B singer posted a video of her son, 22-year-old Diezel Ky Braxton-Lewis, as he emotionally received his degree in film from the HBCU’s prestigious Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts.

An HBCU student herself, the proud Boy mom captioned the video:

“I got the best Mother’s Day gift! My son is officially a HOWARD UNIVERSITY GRADUATE!! I'm so proud of you @diezel.braxton and can't wait to see all the amazing things you'll accomplish! YOU DID THAT! 🧡 Proud #BoyMom

Go Bisons! Other famous Howard University alumni include Taraji P. Henson, Thurgood Marshall, Toni Morrison, Chadwick Boseman, and Kamala Harris.

Braxton-Lewis's own graduation post can be seen below:

Braxton-Lewis is the youngest son of Toni Braxton and ex-husband Keri Lewis. At the age of three, he was diagnosed with autism and has pursued acting and modeling, including an appearance in his mother’s Lifetime movie Twist of Faith. After his diagnosis, Braxton became involved in the Autism Speaks organization and starred in a PSA commercial with a then-7-year-old Diezel.

Braxton opened up about her son’s diagnosis and his accomplishments:

“A lot of times, parents are in denial because they want to think their child is perfect. But it's just that these kids have to be taught differently. I've been embracing that. I've come to terms with it. He's a wonderful kid.”

Surrounded by family and friends, the video showed the “He Wasn't Man Enough” entertainer’s ensemble: a black wide-brim hat, a matching blazer covering a body suit with no pants, and a black lacy skirt. Hot mama alert!

Her eyebrow-raising attire can be seen in her Instagram post below:

Since her self-titled debut in 1993, the 57-year-old entertainer has embraced the sexy couture style of concerts, runways, movie premieres—and now graduation ceremonies—and has been known for her many iconic looks.

Did her fit distract from her son’s moment? Some fans thought so:

Scott Bessent Blasted Over His Bonkers Suggestion For How To Bring Your Own Inflation Rate Down

Continuing to follow the example of MAGA Republican President Donald Trump, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent appeared on Meet the Press Sunday to blame Democratic President Joe Biden for the financial downturn caused by Trump's tariff fiasco, then lied repeatedly about the state of the economy.

Meet the Press host Kristen Welker played a clip of MAGA Republican Vice President JD Vance telling a conservative audience at a Breitbart News event that Americans owe the Trump administration "a little bit of patience"—apparently while they figure out what tariffs are and how they work since they're rolling back more of them to lower consumer prices despite claiming Trump's tariffs don't affect consumer prices.

Draped in a maroon, jewel-trimmed gown by The New Arrivals Ilkyaz Ozel and accompanied by her husband, Bader Shammas, and their 2-year-old son, Luai, the actress looked serene, elegant, and completely unbothered by the collective whiplash she was about to inflict on the internet.

Trump Is Now Using His Presidential Sway To Pressure Studio Into Making 'Rush Hour 4'—And, Huh?

President Trump has reportedly pressured Paramount head Larry Ellison to make another sequel to Rush Hour, his favorite buddy-cop movie, as the company looks to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery.
