A Florida passenger onboard a United Airlines flight was ejected before taking off from Fort Lauderdale for demonstrating his protest against mask-wearing mandates.

He claimed he was making history just like civil rights activist Rosa Parks.

Adam Jenne was kicked off the plane because instead of wearing a proper mask, he wore a bright red pair of women's panties on his face.

“I think the best way to illustrate absurdity is with absurdity,” said Jenne.

The anti-masker insisted he was complying with the airline's mask policy because he claimed the thong fully covered his nose and mouth, but according to the footage filmed by a fellow passenger, it did not.

Jenne said other passengers opposed to wearing masks onboard followed his lead and exited the plane in protest, but his claim was not confirmed.

The disgraced customer compared himself to Rosa Parks after suffering the consequences of his stunt.

Parks was an African-American activist who stood up to racial segregation and was arrested in 1955 after she famously refused to give up her seat in the "colored section" of a bus in Montgomery, Alabama, for a White passenger once the "White section" was full.

"Everything else that has sparked change in this country has started from everyday people," said Jenne. "Rosa Parks was nobody famous. She changed the course of history."

United Airlines responded to the incident with a statement, saying the “customer clearly wasn’t in compliance with the federal mask mandate."

"We appreciate that our team addressed the issue on the ground prior to takeoff, avoiding any potential disruptions on the air.”

Jenne was given a refund for the flight, but he continued lamenting about his ejection.

“Covid doesn’t know that we’re at cruising altitude. It’s stupid. The whole thing is theater." he griped.

“So much for ‘the customer is always right,’” he added.

Meanwhile, Corona Virus cases in Florida have begun to rise as health experts are growing more concerned over cases of the Omicron variant.

After weeks of averaging 2,000 COVID-19 cases per day, the Sunshine State reported 6,846 new cases from Wednesday, following 3,036 new cases on Monday and 4,137 on Tuesday.
