Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's recent two-hour interview with Oprah Winfrey, which netted an average 17.1 million viewers on television alone, has dominated headlines across the internet since it aired about 48 hours ago.

The first lengthy tell-all since the couple cut ties with the royal family just over a year ago, the interview especially made waves due to Markle's claims that she and then-unborn son Archie were the victims of racism, and that Markle experienced suicidal thoughts once thrust into the pressures of the royal environment.

Not surprisingly, soundbites from the interview have dotted television news networks, pop culture talk shows, social media feeds, and likely more than a few dinner table conversations.

Oh, and former NBC News anchor Megyn Kelly.

Kelly, who was fired from her post at NBC in 2018 after she made comments supporting Halloween costumes that incorporate blackface, apparently felt compelled to resurrect her old journalism hat while watching the interview.

She took to Twitter to launch some critiques of Oprah's interviewing style.

People found it rather entertaining low success Kelly would critique highly successful Oprah.

Following the airing of the interview, Kelly even appeared on Good Morning Britain to share more of her thoughts about the conversation between Oprah and the couple.

There, however, Kelly spent her energy criticizing Markle.

"What I saw tonight was somebody who was totally un-self-aware. I mean, completely unaware of how she sounded."
"While she's spinning this tale about how tough she had it IN THE CASTLE, how lonely she was, IN THE CASTLE, she's painting herself in these adorations....it was just peppered with these compliments of herself that will be totally unrelatable to 99% of people."

Again, people couldn't believe Kelly felt qualified to speak about Markle's experience.

Looks like Oprah has nothing to worry about when it comes to Megyn Kelly's social media and television criticisms. There's a legion of Twitter users that are plenty prepared to step in and defend her against an unemployed chat show host.
