Top Pro Golfer Unleashes Expletive-Laden Rant In Disgust After Rival Walks By During Interview

Top Pro Golfer Unleashes Expletive-Laden Rant In Disgust After Rival Walks By During Interview

Golf star Brooks Koepka lost his train of thought and dropped several profanities in mid-interview when his rival, Bryson DeChambeau, walked past him.

While talking to the Golf Channel about the challenge of putting well in windy conditions at the PGA Championship, Koepka seethed after being distracted in the presence of DeChambeau, who was presumably talking to another person.

The loathing Koepka has for DeChambeau was evident in an instant during the interview.

"I just felt it difficult to read, you sometimes …," said the 31-year-old 2018 CJ Cup winner before shutting his eyes in disgust after hearing DeChambeau's metal spikes scraping the ground.

He told interviewer Todd Lewis:

"I f'king lost―I lost my train of thought, yeah, hearing that bullsh*t. F'kin' Christ."

The Golf Channel leaked interview found its way online, which you can see censored version here:

The feud between Koepka and DeChambeau had been brewing for a while.

According to USA Today, the two intense competitors have very contrasting personalities. DeChambeau is a fan favorite and gained more popularity after he noticeably bulked up last summer.

Koepka, on the other hand, does not interact with fans as much as the Tour's stars and has a more "businesslike" and "serious" mentality.

Their rivalry stems back to when Koepka singled out DeChambeau and criticized him for his slow play.

At the Northern Trust in 2019, Koepka said:

"I mentioned his name once. I don't think I've come at him. I just talked about slow play, and obviously he feels I'm talking about him every time."

DeChambeau allegedly approached Koepka's caddie and told him to relay the message Koepka should air out his grievances over the pace of play in person.

The two allegedly talked it out since then but there still seems to be lingering contention. DeChambeau also took a cheap shot and made a comment about Koepka's abs during a live Twitch stream.

He may not be a favorite among fans, but Koepka's raw reaction may have won him a following.

Reacting to Koepka's meltdown, Lewis indicated to the crew they were starting over. He told the pro-golfer how much the crew would enjoy the clip.

"I honestly wouldn't even care," replied Koepka.

Koepka and DeChambeau are expected to be in the U.S. Open field at Torrey Pines Golf Course in La Jolla, California in June.

Teacher Stunned After Student Argues That People Shouldn't Have To 'Think Anymore' Thanks To ChatGPT

There's no doubt that ChatGPT and similar tools are growing in relevance and application, and they're growing fast. The problem is that many people, especially younger individuals, seem to struggle with how much they should depend on the tools.

We already knew that ChatGPT could be a problem regarding critical thinking and creativity, so maybe we should have anticipated the mindsets that would develop, snubbing independent thinking when tools like ChatGPT are available.

Bald Men Are Up In Arms Over Viral Chart That Predicts Political Affiliation Based On A Man's Haircut

Can a man's haircut tell you his political affiliation? Scientifically, of course not... but we probably all have a gut feeling about it, regardless!

And a TikToker has followed that lead by developing a chart that predicts a man's political persuasion based on his hair alone—and bald men are NOT happy about it.

Republicans Slammed For Soulless One-Word Response To Democrats' Trans Day Of Visibility Tweet

According to research by the Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law, transgender people in the United States were over four times more likely than cisgender people to be victims of violent crime based on statistics from 2017-2018. A study by the non-profit Everytown for Gun Safety found the number of trans people murdered in the U.S. nearly doubled between 2017and 2021.

In the last 5–9 years, those figures have only increased as the Republican Party has made trans people the target of many of their political campaigns and legislative actions.

Pete Hegseth Slammed After Calling Off Investigation Into Army Helicopter Fly-By At Kid Rock's House

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth was criticized for calling off the U.S. Army's investigation after MAGA musician Kid Rock posted a video of an Army Apache helicopter doing a fly-by at his Nashville home.

The video shows Kid Rock saluting as the aircraft hovers near his property, standing next to a replica Statue of Liberty by his pool. In the brief clip, a helicopter that appears to be an AH-64 Apache—an attack helicopter used by the U.S. Army and National Guard—flies at low altitude near his estate in Whites Creek.
