Candace Owens Left Stunned After Trump Says China's Education System Is Better Than The United States'
The Daily Wire

Trump made a claim that stunned Candace Owens in an interview, and it's all anyone is talking about.

Former President and businessman Donald Trump sat down for an interview with conservative commentator Candace Owens for The Daily Wire.

During the discussion, Trump and Owens discussed the pandemic and measures put in place to combat the spread of the viral pathogen, such as vaccine and mask mandates.

Trump made a comment where he stated he disliked the fact students had to wear masks to school, when Owens jumped in and bizarrely compared the school mask mandates to China.

Even Trump, who is notorious for hailing the USA as being the greatest country in the world, seemed taken aback by Owen's comment and clapped back in defense of China.

Watch the video here:

He said:

“China’s education system is a hell of a lot better than ours."

He continued:

“You know what, they are rated two or three (in the world) and we are rated 44.”

Owens, in shock and awe a President who incited hatred and violence against Asians with racist rhetoric about the pandemic would defend China, let her feelings about Trump's statement clearly show on her face.

Twitter users are astounded Trump tried to school Owens on global education rankings.

Trump's statistics the USA ranks 44th in education while China ranks in the top five is incorrect.

According to multiple global sources, the number one educated country in the world as of 2021 is Canada, followed by Russia and Japan. The US ranks 6th globally while China ranks in the 22nd spot.

Notably, however, according to the National Center on Education and the Economy (NCEE), China—specifically Shanghai—ranks seventh worldwide as an education powerhouse, citing student and teacher accountability as well as government funded education.

While Trump's statistics may be off, watching Owens react to his applauding of the Chinese education system was still very telling.

Elon Musk Dragged After Showing Off His Juvenile Fake Police Badge Declaring Himself 'The Dogefather'

Billionaire Elon Musk was widely ridiculed after sharing a photo of his fake law enforcement badge—complete with the badge number "69420"—that declares him "The Dogefather," flexing his authority as the leader of the advisory Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), which is at the center of the ongoing slash-and-burn approach to gutting federal spending.

Musk appeared positively thrilled when he shared the photo—perhaps the most cringey thing he's done, at least thus far, since attaining unprecedented political power.
