After fans fretted about Swift being able to make it to the Super Bowl to see boyfriend Travis Kelce play after performing her Eras Tour in Japan, one X user shared a clip from an old 'West Wing' episode that seemed to settle the debate.

The Kansas City Chiefs are gearing up to take on the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas at Super Bowl LVIII on February 11, and one big question has been weighing on everyone's mind.

No, not who will win.

Will Taylor Swift be there?

Okay, maybe not everyone is wondering, but fans of the romantic duo comprising TSwift and KC tight end Travis Kelce certainly have been fretting, especially since the Grammy winner will be performing the night before—in Japan.

And let's face it, considering the Chief's 9-3 record with Swift in attendance, we bet some Kansas City diehards are secretly hoping she's there to support the team, as well.

It seems The West Wing solved this problem some 22-ish years ago, and we have our answer, thanks to one X user who shared the clip.

Rohita Kadambi (@RohitaKadambi) tweeted the video along with the caption:

"Can Taylor Swift make the Super Bowl from her Tokyo concert?"
"A West Wing episode from 2001 already answered this:"

In the season 2 episode 15 clip, the characters are doing some time calculations to determine what time the President would return from his trip to Tokyo.

Rob Lowe’s Sam Seaborn does some math:

“The flight is 13 hours long. He’s going to travel eastward from Tokyo leaving at 7:00 p.m. So when he crossed the International Dateline….3 a.m..”

They figured that the President would arrive in Washington, D.C., around 6 p.m. that same day.

You can watch below.

So what does it all mean?

Swift's concert begins at 8 p.m. on Sunday and will last about three hours. That puts the show's end time around 11 p.m. in Japan, which is 6 a.m. in Vegas.

If the singer catches a flight directly following the concert, she just might make it to Vegas in time for the coin toss.

And people on social media rejoiced.

And, of course, the masses expressed their endless gratitude for The West Wing.

They also applauded the X user for making this brilliant connection.

There truly is a West Wing reference for everything.

Ted Cruz Clashes With 'Crazy' MTG Over Her Cryptic Post Alluding That 'The Jews' Are Trying To Kill Her

Texas MAGA Republican Senator Rafael "Ted" Cruz raised eyebrows when he attacked Georgia QAnon/MAGA Republican Representative and conspiracy theorist Marjorie Taylor Greene (MTG) for being antisemitic.

MTG has promoted some antisemitic conspiracy theories in the past, like Jewish space lasers that control the weather or start wildfires, but this time people are calling Cruz out for reaching in an attempt to discredit the Georgia Republican and protect Trump from what's being concealed in FBI, Department of Justice, and court records relating to the indictment of Jeffrey Epstein on charges of sex trafficking of minors.

Gavin Newsom Epically Shuts Down Suggestion That Kid Rock Should Be Doing Super Bowl Halftime Show

Earlier this week, the NFL announced that worldwide superstar Bad Bunny would be the headliner for the 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show, causing right-wing heads to explode over the news.

After far-right provocateur Nick Adams suggested that the singer, a fierce critic of the Trump administration, should not have been chosen for the halftime gig, California Governor Gavin Newsom's press office took to X to mock him in the account's now familiar Trump-esque style.
