However, things didn't go as planned when one of her dancers attempted to join Santa on his lap, resulting in a rather awkward tumble for both performers.
Recorded footage of the incident captured Santa inadvertently lurching forward onto Madonna's backup dancer before swiftly regaining composure and stepping away briefly.
Despite the mishap, the backup dancer admirably kept the show going, displaying impressive moves from the floor. While Santa appeared slightly embarrassed, any flirtatious intent between the dancer and the festive character dissipated without any further incident.
