If there's one thing we should've learned about Lil Nas X by now, it's that he's unbeatable on social media. One of the veritable Kings of Twitter, the rapper's feed is a constant source of often hilarious delight.

Unfortunately for her, defeated GOP House candidate Angela Stanton King had to learn this the hard way when she tweeted a homophobic response to a sexy photo of Lil Nas X.

He had the perfect clap back.

Lil Nax X absolutely roasted King with just a few well chosen words.

The photo, which comes from Lil Nas X's new Christmas-themed (and very queer) single "Holiday," features Lil Nas X dressed as a sexy Santa Claus leaning in to kiss... Lil Nas X under the mistletoe.

The single has been a runaway hit for Lil Nas X, who came out as gay in 2019.

But Stanton King—who is the goddaughter of Martin Luther King Jr.'s niece Alveda King—was not having it, chiding the rapper for "tonguing himself down" in the photo and "black culture" for supporting him.

Stanton King is a vocal Trump supporter and felon who was pardoned by him in February.

Stanton King ran for the House of Representatives earlier this month in Georgia's Fifth District, the one held for decades by Civil Rights hero John Lewis, until he passed away earlier this year. She lost by more than 71 percentage points to Nikema Williams, a fundraiser and political activist who has worked for Barack Obama and Planned Parenthood, among others.

Aside from her vocal support for President Trump—whose administration has implemented an unprecedented rollback of rights and protections for LGBTQ people—Stanton King has a history of homophobic comments implying a link between same-sex attraction and pedophilia. She has also been connected to the QAnon conspiracy theory movement, many adherents of which espouse similar homophobic views.

So, needless to say, there was plenty of reason for people to applaud the openly gay Lil Nas X for a perfect clap back against this particular politician.

And applaud they did.

Lil Nas X's tweet went mega viral, and his fans were firmly on his side.

Stanton King and anyone else with a problem with Lil Nas X's sexuality had better get a grip: His forthcoming new album is said to be heavily influenced by his sexuality and coming out experience last year.

MAGA Rages After Homeland Security Claims Hilton Canceled Hotel Reservations For ICE Agents

MAGA fans are furious after the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) called out Hilton Hotels & Resorts on social media this week after the hotel chain allegedly canceled reservations for ICE agents at a location near Minneapolis.

'Will & Grace' Actor Brutally Drags Trump's Venezuela Takeover With Mock Regime Change In His Own Neighborhood

As the world now knows, on the morning of Saturday, January, 3, 2026, under the direction of MAGA Republican President Donald Trump and his Secretary of "War" Pete Hegseth, the United States military invaded the sovereign nation of Venezuela using 150 aircraft to abduct Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores.

The nation, along with international allies and adversaries, have been weighing in on the action and the Trump administration's attempts to justify it. Trump, Hegseth, and their mouthpieces claim the uninvited intervention in another sovereign nation's internal affairs was about justice and drug trafficking while the international community and Trump's opposition in the U.S. say it was about oil.
