Diehard Christian Pretends To Be LGBTQ+ Supporter At Library Meeting Before Launching Into Religious Rant

A fundamentalist Christian woman in Tennessee conned her way into a library event by posing as an ally of the LGBTQ+ community and spoke out against “sexually oriented books" and other "perversions" ravaging the country in a bonkers religious rant.

In a viral video filmed and shared by queer TikToker @kreemsicle, the woman who pretended to be on the side of the LGBTQ+ community revealed herself to be a Christian and was there to speak on behalf of "God almighty."

“The Kingdom of God is within reach,” she said at the beginning of her speech, adding:

“It is within hand, and we live not for heaven but from heaven.”

In this viral clip, you can watch her attempt to explain whatever that means.

The religous woman who manipulated her way into the meeting continued:

“What that means is when perversion permeates our county, that is when the devil gets our children."
"If you don’t see this, you are blind. We must understand that there cannot be perversion in this county, in this country."
"Obviously Revelation prophecies are occurring right before our eyes.”

Kreemsicle, who is involved with the library board, interjected and said of the woman in front of attendees that “she is not on our side, then.”

His remark was met with laughter.

The woman claimed to speak on behalf of Millennials in the country and mentioned other targets like “illegal aliens” who are “bringing fentanyl."

She went to say how Americans are "tearing down" the nation "from within itself" and reminded parents in the audience that they serve the country second and "the God of Isaac, Abraham, and Jacob"–the fathers of the nation of Israel–first.

TikTokers were flabbergasted for her allowed rambling at the meeting after revealing her true identity and purpose.

The Daily Dot pointed out the dangerous consequences of Fundamentalist Christians who interpret the Bible–in this case, the final book of the New Testament–literally.

The media outlet wrote:

"To this woman, the existence of books by and about queer people is a 'perversion' that signals these end times, which is weird because Christians are supposed to be looking forward to that, as true believers are supposed to end up in eternal paradise."
"But this has never gotten in the way of Christian leaders using it to scare their flock into picking a scapegoat to rile up a voting base. "
"The current target is LGBTQ+ people, and trans folks in particular."

Former GOP Senator Gets Brutal Wakeup Call After Criticizing People For Playing 'Candy Crush' Instead Of 'Making Babies'

Ben Sasse represented Nebraska in the United States Senate from 2015 to 2023. As a Midwestern moderate, the sometimes controversial Sasse was often critical of MAGA Republican President Donald Trump on social media and on the Senate floor.

At one point, the Nebraska GOP censured him because of his criticism of Trump. But Sasse, like Maine Republican Senator Susan Collins, would still vote with the majority of his party when his vote was needed to back Trump's agenda.
