The High School Musical star revealed in a hilarious video on TikTok how her 4-year-old daughter Juniper is currently obsessed with the franchise—and wants strangers to know who her famous mom is.

For many Millennials and Gen Z'ers, the High School Musical films were appointment viewing, and the character of Sharpay played by Ashley Tisdale was one of the franchise's icons.

She was kind of the Cher Horowitz-meets-Regina George of her day, and with Tisdale's roster of other Disney hits like The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and Phineas and Ferb, she's basically Disney royalty.

And her daughter wants everyone to know it!

In a TikTok, Tisdale shared that her 4-year-old daughter Juniper is as obsessed with HSM as all the kids were back in the day. So much so that she's developed a habit of telling total strangers who her mom is.

I knew this day would come 😅

Tisdale told her followers:

“I don't know what kind of karma this is, but Jupiter saw my niece in High School Musical the play last weekend."
"I think seeing my niece in the play, play me, has just changed her.”

High School Musical 2 has become a particular favorite of her daughter's, and the songs from the franchise are basically following them everywhere they go. It's playing in the house, it's on the car stereo. She can't get enough!

Unfortunately for Tisdale, her favorite song is also the one she hates the most—the lesser known track "Humuhumunukunukuapua’a," which Tisdale said she can't stand.

But that's got nothing on Juniper's other HSM-related habit.

"She screams out in public, 'I'm Sharpay's baby!' I literally can't."
"I just feel so embarrassed when I'm walking into a store."

Tisdale, of course, can't help but laugh, but admitted the whole thing's getting a little old.

"After, like, a good week straight of listening to the music again, it's like, okay, we're good. We don't need to watch this again!"

But you will, and you'll like it! Juniper says so!

On TikTok, Tisdale's fans found the whole thing as adorable and hilarious as she did.

Trump Dragged After Making Ridiculous Claim About Randomly Finding Billions On The 'Tariff Shelf'

President Donald Trump was criticized after he claimed to reporters this week that officials in his administration suddenly found $30 billion they "never knew existed"—located on what Trump referred to as the "tariff shelf."

Tariffs are a tax on imported goods, usually calculated as a percentage of the purchase price. While tariffs can shield domestic manufacturers by making foreign products more expensive, they are also used as a tool to penalize countries engaged in unfair trade practices, such as government subsidies or dumping goods below market value.

Bride's Friends Surprise Her With Montage Video Of All Her Exes At Bachelorette Party—And People Are Mortified

While Jenny Han's novel To All the Boys I've Loved Before was a major hit, and even became a great film success in 2018, not everyone's married to the idea of reconnecting with their exes after the relationships end.

It might be nice to imagine staying friends after the relationships, imagining our exes missing us or regretting losing us, or even giving us an apology for the things they did wrong. But most of us pine for this for a little while, realize it's all a fairy tale, and push past it to better things and new love.
