Anderson Cooper Gets Emotional As He Makes Surprise Announcement That He Just Became A Father
@CNN/Twitter

Anderson Cooper has always been a silver-fox daddy type, but recently, the CNN anchor became a father.

Wyatt Morgan Cooper was born on April 27th, 2020, weighing 7 lbs and 2 oz.

As Anderson came on air to announce the birth of his child, he said "On Monday, I became a father."

"I've never said that out loud and it astonishes me."

He also shared more photos of his newborn baby boy on Instagram.

Cooper rarely gets emotional on air, and so the sheer emotion that came through when he talked about his newborn son had the internet crying right along with him.

Cooper also says that he "never thought it would be possible to have a child, and I am so grateful for all those who have paved the way, and for the doctors and nurses and everyone involved in my son's birth."

He also expressed his gratitude to the "remarkable surrogate who carried Wyatt, watched over him lovingly, tenderly, and gave birth to him."

Thank you, Anderson Cooper, for paving the way for more gay men to become fathers.

Kirk's murder has galvanized the far-right, with President Donald Trump and his surrogates claiming without evidence that rhetoric from Democrats is responsible for Kirk's death.

TikToker Hilariously Calls Out Target After Champion Pants Feature Awkwardly-Placed Front Pleat

Sometimes you can just tell when something was designed *for* women, but was not actually designed *by* women.

Take, for instance, the new pleated pants available at Target from the Champion clothing line. While there's nothing wrong with pleated pants and they certainly have a suitable spot in the workplace, the latest rendition of Champion pleated pants are, shall we say, NSFW.

Woman Goes Viral After Revealing How Her Obsession With Matcha Landed Her In The Hospital

Let's be honest: Too much of anything isn't good for us. It's all about the balance!

But the media and social media trends have taught us that certain things are really good for us, encouraging us to be like the "very mindful and very demure" girls and take care of ourselves. One such example is drinking more matcha, especially if you really like coffee or think you have a caffeine addiction.
