Woman Becomes Instant Icon After She's Filmed Styling Her Hair At A Crowded Sports Bar

An Instagram video has gone viral after a submission to the page @onlyindade, meant to showcase both political goings-on in Miami-Dade county as well as the most quirky people that you will find in the county limits, showed a woman standing in a bar while using a hair straightener.

The woman has plugged the appliance into the wall in the bar, and is casually standing there chatting while she styles her hair and people around her eat, drink, and be merry.

The fascination with the woman started immediately in the comments section.

People did everything from speculating how else she performs household maintenance tasks through to how the Florida humidity certainly has everybody wishing they could do the same thing.

This simple action spoke volumes to the hundreds of us who have ever planned to go out only to be hit with a hair disaster on the way.

Whether it was from a rainstorm or a particularly humid summer day, a part of us absolutely wishes that we had the gumption this girl clearly did--though, this may not necessarily be the most sanitary option for a restaurant.

The bar, Duffy's Sports Grill, reassured the public that it put a stop to the woman straightening her hair as soon as they heard about it, due to sanitary concerns.

"Duffy's adheres to the highest health-safety standards for our guests and team players," the bar's president told Fox News.

"When we were made aware of the guest's beauty styling next to the bathrooms, a manager immediately asked the guest to put the styling device away, which the guests obliged."
"We understand Florida weather is tough on women's hair, but we encourage guests [to] leave the hot iron at home and come for the hot wings!"

So no matter how bad the humidity gets, remind yourself maybe you don't want to be this girl, straightening her hair around a bunch of people's food.

Get some product and hope for the best at home.

People Break Down The 'Silent Red Flags' Folks Tend To Ignore In Relationships

A red flag has come to mean any warning sign in life, in addition to the literal red flags that are placed on beaches or industrial sites to warn people of danger.

People will respond to situations by saying, "That’s a red flag." But before that language evolved, they'd just call them "warning signs."
