Samantha Bee Totally Dragged Fox News After Their 'White Power' Typo Snafu 🔥

Samantha Bee Totally Dragged Fox News After Their 'White Power' Typo Snafu 🔥
(Full Frontal with Samantha Bee/YouTube)

Samantha Bee mocked Fox News in their attempts at doing a "journalism" coverage in light of Thursday's incident involving suspicious packages sent to prominent Democratic figures and celebrities opposed to Donald Trump.

The conservative news channel posted a chyron alert with a typo which read: "Suspicious package sent to CNN contained 'some kind' of 'white power.'"

"I don't mean to be critical right now," Bee remarked, "but auto-correct doesn't change 'white powder' to 'white power' unless you type 'white power' a lot."

People agreed that the gaffe was deliberate, and that Fox News was sending a subliminal message.

Among those targeted with the suspicious packages included Hillary Clinton, former President Barack Obama, former Attorney General Eric Holder, Rep. Maxine Waters, George Soros, former CIA director John Brennan, and actor Robert De Niro.

Sources told CBS2 that the package delivered to De Niro was taken from the TriBeCa Productions office on Greenwich Street to a security office, where it was later removed and taken to an NYPD firing range in the Bronx via a bomb disposal truck early Wednesday morning.

No one was hurt on Thursday, and Mayor de Blasio commended New Yorkers for remaining calm.

"This is clearly an effort to terrorize people politically, to chose people for political purposes and attack them because of their beliefs. That is the kind of thing we have seen before in this city and we reject it, we will not be intimidated by it."

He did ask for people to remain vigilant.

"The pattern of these packages have been extraordinarily consistent. But that does not mean that if something comes in that looks a little different people shouldn't take it seriously if it's suspicious to them."
"If a package looks suspicious, if there's any kind of chemical smell, any wiring showing, any indication of something out of the ordinary, don't open the package."

Stephen Colbert Makes Somber Plea To Americans In Wake Of Charlie Kirk's Death

Late-night host Stephen Colbert had a somber message for Americans as he addressed the assassination of far-right activist Charlie Kirk, stressing that "political violence only leads to more political violence."

Kirk died after an unidentified gunman shot him in the neck as he—ironically enough—mocked victims of gun violence at an event in Utah Valley State University. Kirk's murder has galvanized the far-right, with President Donald Trump and his surrogates claiming without evidence that rhetoric from Democrats is responsible for Kirk's death.

TikToker Hilariously Calls Out Target After Champion Pants Feature Awkwardly-Placed Front Pleat

Sometimes you can just tell when something was designed *for* women, but was not actually designed *by* women.

Take, for instance, the new pleated pants available at Target from the Champion clothing line. While there's nothing wrong with pleated pants and they certainly have a suitable spot in the workplace, the latest rendition of Champion pleated pants are, shall we say, NSFW.

Woman Goes Viral After Revealing How Her Obsession With Matcha Landed Her In The Hospital

Let's be honest: Too much of anything isn't good for us. It's all about the balance!

But the media and social media trends have taught us that certain things are really good for us, encouraging us to be like the "very mindful and very demure" girls and take care of ourselves. One such example is drinking more matcha, especially if you really like coffee or think you have a caffeine addiction.
