In honor of National Boss Day, the Trump Organization decided to pay tribute to their defacto heads: Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump.
Whether the two men head the organization instead of their father, President Donald Trump remains a matter of debate. The elder Trump vowed to put his companies in a blind trust if elected, but no such arrangement was made public.
To celebrate the day, both the Trump Organization Instagram and Twitter accounts shared photos taken in Trump Tower. The Trump Tower account originally shared the images in July captioned:
"The next generation of leadership at The Trump Organization: Donald J Trump Jr [and] Eric Trump."

The new posts stated:
"Happy #NationalBossDay to our boys, Eric Trump [and] Donald J Trump Jr! #TeamTrump"
The post received a less than friendly reception online.
People shared Saturday Night Live clips and other assorted media with the First Sons.
And made more than a few comparisons to other duos...
Like Tweedledee and Tweedledum...
...and Harry and Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber...
...and Beavis and Butthead...
...and their own younger selves.
While many questioned who at the Trump Organization made the post.
