He began laying out his conclusions having read the redacted Mueller report, concluding primarily that:


Attorney General Barr has deliberately misrepresented Mueller’s report.

and that:

President Trump has engaged in impeachable conduct.

He went on to savage Barr:

And explained how he sees impeachment:

Mueller’s report reveals that President Trump engaged in specific actions and a pattern of behavior that meet the threshold for impeachment.
