Melania Trump 'Stunt Double': 5 Funny Memes & GIFs

A video alleging to show a "stand in" for the First Lady of the United States, Melania Trump, next to Donald Trump has inspired these memes and GIFs. You can watch the video below, which has spawned numerous conspiracy theories:

The video comes from Friday when Trump was addressing reporters about hurricane relief efforts in Puerto Rico and a new nuclear deal with Iran. During the press conference, Trump called out Melania, which some people on social media say was his effort to cover the fact that the FLOTUS was elsewhere.

Body doubles of government figures have been floated in the past. Last election season, online allegations came out that then-presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, had a body double. According to Newsweek, "The only 'evidence' of this theory is photographs taken Sept. 11, when Clinton ducked out of a 9/11 anniversary ceremony in New York."

Clinton reported feeling "overheated" as was battling pneumonia at the time.
