Garner took to Instagram to wish her 'Alias' costar a happy 75th birthday, sharing some adorable photos of the two of them through the years.

Jennifer Garner penned a sweet birthday post to her former Alias co-star Victor Garber, who played her father in the ABC spy series.

Garner tagged her TV dad in an Instagram post that featured a carousel of photos, starting with a trio of black and white images of the two smiling and laughing together.

Alias was a hugely popular espionage thriller created by J. J. Abrams that ran for five seasons from 2001 to 2006.

The show centered on double agent Sydney Bristow, played by Garner, who assumes different aliases on covert missions to take down a notorious global crime organization, all while trying to balance a normal life.

Garber played Sydney's protective father and CIA agent, Jack Bristow, a role that earned him the 29th spot onTV Guide's "50 Greatest TV Dads of All Time" list.

The two actors have remained close friends ever since they began working together, which leads us to the present with Garner celebrating her TV dad.

Garber turned 75 on March 16, and the 13 Going on 30 actor made sure to send him some birthday love.

"Everything’s better when I’m next to you, Spy Daddy," she wrote, adding, "Happy Birthday."

The next photo showed Garner seated in a faux fur armchair with Garber standing behind her.

The third and final image was a throwback selfie of the pair, presumably from the set of Alias.

Fans were envious of their friendship.

The four-time Tony-nominated actor originated roles in Broadway shows like the 1979 production of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, Noises Off in 1983, Lend Me a Tenor in 1989, Arcadia in 1995, and Art in 1998.

In addition to TV, Garber had notable roles in numerous films, including Sleepless in Seattle, Titanic, Legally Blonde, The First Wives Club, Milk, and Argo.

Some commenters realized why Garber looked so familiar and they referred to his earlier work.
