Laura Ingraham Breaks Down How 'Presidential' Trump Can Beat Biden In Debate—And What??

After Donald Trump agreed to two debates with Joe Biden, Laura Ingraham offered some advice to the former president that struck people as completely farfetched.

Fox News personality Laura Ingraham had social media users rolling their eyes with her advice for former President Donald Trump after he agreed to two debates with President Joe Biden.

The two debates are scheduled for June and September on CNN and ABC News, respectively—and Ingraham claimed to have the answer to ensure the notoriously thin-skinned Trump comes off well in the debates.

She said:

“All Donald Trump has to do is stay calm during the entire debate and let Biden rant and rave, because Scranton Joe is sounding meaner and more petty by the day. And then Trump, by comparison, he easily appears presidential, cool, confident and, yeah, possessing a lot of common sense.”

You can hear what she said in the video below.

People were not impressed—and wondered what world Ingraham is living in.

Following Biden's decision to forgo participation in the fall presidential debates organized by the nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debates, swift agreement was reached on the debate timetable.

Instead of participating in the debates traditionally organized by the commission, Biden's campaign proposed that media outlets directly handle the debates between the presumptive Democratic and Republican nominees.

Trump and his team foresee the debates accentuating concerns about Biden's age and competence, whereas Biden's team is convinced that Trump's inflammatory rhetoric will serve as a reminder to voters of their decision to oust him from the White House four years ago.

CNN announced that its June 27 debate would take place at 9 p.m. ET in its Atlanta studios, with no audience present, deviating from recent norms. Moderators for the event will be anchors Jake Tapper and Dana Bash, as per CNN's statement.

ABC did not provide details regarding the location of its event, but the network confirmed that it would be moderated by anchors David Muir and Linsey Davis.

Disagreements over moderators and rules were among the factors that led to the establishment of the Commission on Presidential Debates in 1987.

24-year-old YouTuber Mykhailo Viktorovych Polyakov was arrested after making contact with one of the world's last uncontacted tribes, making the perilous and ill-advised journey to North Sentinel Island and leaving a coconut and a can of Diet Coke on the beach as a gift to the Sentinelese.

Polyakov, 24, arrived at the northeastern shore of North Sentinel Island at 10 a.m. on March 29, according to police reports. He used binoculars to survey the land but saw no one.
