Republican Senator Rick Scott of Florida traveled down to Mar-a-Lago over the weekend of Saturday, April 10, to present former President Donald Trump with a small bowl along with the title "Champion for Freedom."

Scott gave Trump the award on behalf of the National Republican Senate Committee (NRSC), who just recently made up the title.

The award was likely an effort to placate the former President who spent the last several weeks lashing out at Republican leaders.

Scott himself has ample motivation to stay on Trump's good side, with many suspecting the Florida Senator may make a run for President in 2024.

Trump himself didn't bother dressing up to receive his "award."

Many online quipped the small bowl looked like it could have been bought in a department store.

Former President Trump might just have more made-up Republican awards in his future—as many as it takes to ensure he's kept happy.

In an overuse of free will and dark humor, 26-year-old Leon Gillespie was arrested and charged a £200 fine for appearing as the Grim Reaper on the roof of the Ysbyty Glan Clwyd hospital in St. Asaph, Denbighshire.

Though Gillespie attempted to plead that he had appeared as a black "crow" on the roof of the hospital, the judge at Llandudno Magistrates in North Wales wasn't convinced, as the costume included a hood and a long blade, looking like the standard Grim Reaper with its scythe.

The White House Just Ripped Off Nicole Kidman's AMC Ad To Promote MAGA—And Thanks, We Hate It

The White House was criticized after it lampooned AMC's viral Nicole Kidman commercial with an apparent generative-AI parody that closely mimicked the original's visuals and soundtrack to promote the "Golden Age" of MAGA.

Instead of an AMC theater, the spoof uses the White House as its setting and replaces Kidman with a man wearing a MAGA hat.
