Gay Activist's Epic Joke About Easter Eggs Sparks Outrage From Conservative Christians

After Rainbow Youth Project founder Lance Preston posted a joke on X, formerly Twitter, about Easter eggs, angry conservatives lost their minds.

Conservative Christians were very cross after a gay activist hilariously redefined what Easter eggs were to him—but with two touchy twists.

The mischievous instigator was Lance Preston, the founder and executive director of the non-profit organization Rainbow Youth Project USA.

On X (formerly Twitter), Preston made a joke about a beloved Easter tradition perceived as innocent through the lens of the religious holiday but turned unholy for devout Christians.

Preston wrote:

"To all the churches holding Easter egg hunts–Easter eggs are aborted chickens painted in drag for children. 🤷🏼♂️”

His tweet incorporating the sanctimonious Christian trigger words—abortion, and drag queens—during Holy Week received 13K likes.

And the pious who didn't find the joke particularly funny went after the rabble-rouser.

Preston was ready to confront the agitated crowd who were mad about him ruining Easter.

A couple holier-than-though took the ribbing a little too seriously.

To which Preston pretty much said, "Relax."

These people couldn't recognize humor even if it slapped them in the face.

But Preston had receipts indicating his joke resonated with others.

More joke-deniers like "Jenni" surfaced.

Preston countered by saying he had a thousand likes, proving his audience begged to differ that his joke landed "flat," as she said.

Things even got ugly with the bullying zealots.

And in response to someone who complained that "Libs love to ruin fun," he asked a rhetorical question about another cause conservative Christians might be wasting their time on.

In response to all the comments from offended Easter egg hunters, Preston could only giggle.

The ensuing uproar certainly made for a riotous good time for this fan.

Happy Easter!

Dutch Councilwoman Goes Viral After Issuing Bonkers Defense For Using AI Campaign Photo To Make Herself Look Much Younger

Authenticity might be a controversial buzzword in politics these days, but Patricia Reichman seems to have utterly missed the memo. The 59-year-old Dutch councilwoman is facing mounting backlash after using an AI-generated campaign photo that dramatically de-aged her—and defending it in a way that’s only deepening the controversy.

According to a report from Algemeen Dagblad, Reichman was elected to the Blijdorp-Bergpolder-Liskwartier district council last week but quickly drew scrutiny when voters noticed a stark difference between two of her photos. One, published in a local newspaper, appeared significantly ... different than the image listed on the official municipal candidate roster.
