TikToker @katie.reagan (aka Katie Risher) was served a hearty and unpleasant surprise when she returned to her car to find its windows busted, along with several of her possessions, such as her wallet, stolen from her.

Risher was shocked to find, however, that the thief left her CDC vaccination card, untouched, sitting on her car seat.
