The sounds could be heard during a live FA Cup match thanks to a prankster.

The BBC apologized after porn sounds interrupted a live broadcast of the FA Cup soccer match between Wolverhampton and Liverpool at Molineux Stadium on Tuesday.

The naughty noises came from a mobile phone planted in the studio by a prankster.

Presenter Gary Lineker, a former England striker, struggled to maintain composure as he tried to compete with the high-pitched moaning and groaning during the match.

Finding it mpossible to ignore, a defeated Lineker addressed the sonic assault with a chuckle, saying:

"I don't know who's making that noise."

You can see Lineker giving in to laughter in the clips below.

Lineker later tweeted a photo of the discovered device responsible for transmitting the sounds of pleasure.

He wrote in the caption:

"Well, we found this taped to the back of the set. As sabotage goes it was quite amusing."

Some social media users got a kick out of the auditory intrusion, however others checked their surroundings.

The frisky sounds caused confusion.

It definitely caused a commotion.

The disturbance didn't last forever.

All good things come to an end.

The BBC, however, didn't find the prank so amusing.

They issued a statement, saying:

“We apologize to any viewers offended during the live coverage of the football this evening.”

The culprit was later identified via a YouTube link showing what went on behind the scenes.

The YouTube prankster, who calls himself “Jarvo,” was seen in the video calling the planted phone to activate the sounds.

Jarvo–or Daniel Jarvis–was banned from all sporting events in England and Wales for two years after he ran onto the pitch during a play between England and India in September 2021 and collided with a player while dressed in full cricket whites.

London’s Metropolitan Police responded at the time to inquiries about the pitch invasion.

They said in a statement Jarvis was arrested on suspicion of assault.
