On Saturday, April 10, CNN anchor Jim Acosta reported on Tucker Carlson's recent "White replacement theory" rant by all but accusing the Fox Host of being a White supremacist.

After showing a clip from Carlson's racist tirade, Acosta commented:

"This is hardly the first time Tucker Carlson — I'm not sure why he spells Tucker with just one K — has been accused of making racist comments."

Twitter agreed with Acosta's sentiment wholeheartedly.

Carlson's latest controversy has emerged after he advocated for "white replacement theory," an unfounded conspiracy theory that claims an elite cabal is secretly trying to replace White Americans with minorities, especially in positions of power.

The theory is extremely popular among white supremacist groups like the KKK.

Carlson claimed Republicans were being beaten at the ballot box because Democrats were recruiting voters of color from the "Third World" (a demonstrably untrue accusation).

The Fox host also claimed this statement wasn't racist, but simply an issue of "voting rights" because Republicans keep losing. Carlson then said:

"Why should I sit back and take that?"

Twitter praised Acosta for calling Carlson's racism out explicitly.

Carlson was also called out by the Anti-Defamation League, who called for his firing, saying:

"[His broadcast was] not just a dog whistle to racists — it was a bullhorn."

The Daily Show on Comedy Central highlighted Carlson's recent racist tirades by labeled him a "mass shooter copy cat," noting that the Fox host was parroting points made by New Zealand's Christchurch shooter in his manifesto.

Now that #TuckkkerCarlson has trended on Twitter, perhaps Fox News will finally consider disciplining the host for his wanton racism.

But considering his program's continued high ratings, many doubt that will be the case.

Kellyanne Conway Just Tried To Claim Trump's Divisive Speech On The National Mall Was Actually 'Inclusive'—And The Delusion Is Real

President Donald Trump's former White House counselor Kellyanne Conway was criticized after she praised his speech on the National Mall on Wednesday night by claiming on Fox News that Trump extended an "olive branch" to people who didn't vote for him.

Trump's remarks themselves resembled a campaign rally more than the unifying and "inclusive" celebration organizers had promised. Within minutes of taking the stage, he criticized former President Joe Biden without mentioning him by name, declaring that the United States had recently been "a dead country" before claiming it had become "the hottest country anywhere in the world."
