Interviewer Jokingly Tells Taylor Swift That She Needs To Shower—And She Rolls With It

Interviewer Jokingly Tells Taylor Swift That She Needs To Shower—And She Rolls With It
@Swift_Alert/Twitter

Pop superstar Taylor Swift doesn't give too many interviews...perhaps because when she does, the reporter implies she smells bad seconds after she's left the concert stage. Moment after a six-song set in Wales, the BBC's Greg James told Swift it was time she went and got a shower. Fortunately, Taylor took the whole incident in stride, though her fans were somewhat offended for her.

After several other questions, James said to Swift:

I think you need to have a shower now.

To which she responded:

I agree. And I'm not offended that you said that. There's a lot going on and none of it's good here.

The backlash from Swift-heads was immediate, prompting James to explain himself in a since-deleted tweet:

She really is right. TS has a great sense of humour and we have known each other for ages and had a good catch up after the interview. It's all cool. It was hot up there. I almost said we should both go for a shower but after this reaction I'm glad I didn't! X

Twitter was not not NOT amused by James' joke.

Greg James had better learn a lesson before doing another interview with Taylor...that is, if he ever gets another one.

Philly Woman Goes Viral With Her Totally Chill Reaction To Her Car Being Completely Frozen In Ice

While the Northeast battled winter weather, the internet was captivated by a Philly-based TikToker documenting how her car turned into what she jokingly described as a Snowmaggedon popsicle.

Last week, Tianna Graham shoveled out her 2016 Honda Civic and drove out after a snowstorm, took it to work, and parked it in the same spot she’d left it before: next to a water main. By the time she returned, her vehicle was completely encased in ice on the 1000 block of North Front Street in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood.

When a person becomes a parent, much more will change in their life than they anticipated.

But that transition can be especially hard when a person feels like they're losing themselves to their role as a mom or dad—and that feeling is made even worse when their partner hyper-fixates on their new role.
