People Break Down The Most Underrated Places To Go On A Date

People Break Down The Most Underrated Places To Go On A Date

I've had some really nice dates at fancy restaurants where wine cost hundreds of dollars a bottle. But on the other hand, I've also had wonderful dates where we simply sat in a park and ate Chinese food. I've also taken walks along the riverside and found myself pouring through the artifacts in museums. There are so many options out there!

After Redditor MuffinTuna asked the online community, "What's the most underrated place for a date?" people chimed in with their own suggestions and we have to say we're inspired.

"Took my first girlfriend..."

Took my first girlfriend to a roller rink. Absolute blast, lots of handholding.

"I love diving..."

Aquariums are awesome. I love diving, and it's kinda cool to have random facts in your back pocket. Also partial to mini golf, breweries if you both like beer, and breakfast joints.

"There is a place in my hometown..."

There is a place in my hometown called pizzavilla. I'm pretty sure the city is never gonna get rid of it. I love the place as it has pizza, icecream, and a bunch of games. It would be a good place for a date.

"If they're willing to meet you..."

A good local breakfast spot. If they're willing to meet you at 8 in the morning, you know they're into you.

"Play some games..."

An arcade or carnival.

Play some games, good people watching, eat some food, lots of opportunities for flirting and friendly competition.

"As a bonus..."

Why has no one said mini golf? It's fun, lasts an appropriate amount of time, and no one is good at it. You can tell if your date is competitive, easy-going, and/or funny.

As a bonus, you can make out inside of a hollowed out dinosaur if things go well!

"Bonus points..."

Botanical gardens, especially if you memorize some interesting facts about some of the plants. Bonus points if you pack a picnic basket.

"Simple but great."

One really memorable one was fish and chips from a take away.

Got lunch, drove to the beach. Had the fish and chips on the beach then went for a walk.

Simple but great.

"If you're introverted like me..."

Aquarium!!! If you're introverted like me, you'll always have something to look at/talk about if you're not so good at making conversation. Plus, I think being able to stop and appreciate little things like some dope-@ss jellyfish is a good quality. Also... fish!!!!!!!

"Another one is..."

A used bookstore. It gives you a real feel for what sorts of things they are interested in, and you can pick one book for each other to read.

Another one is, go buy an item of clothing together. They can help you look as they think you look best, which also shows you a lot. And it's a bonus for the next get together.
