People were....well, confused.

Meanwhile, Brandon Urie, lead singer of Panic! at the Disco, was must have been laughing his head off.

Many believe Urie himself was responsible for the packages.

Fans began reaching out to each other over the internet, piecing together what the messages meant...

But...why?

Could it be? Is new Panic! music coming?

Fans were overjoyed by the idea!
