Trump Lawyer Lin Wood Just Gave Out His Estranged Son's Email Address In The Name Of 'Jesus'

Lin Wood, who came to infamy for trying to overturn the 2020 election results in the name of Donald Trump, decided to dox his own child last weekend for an unclear reason.

Wood made a post on the messenger app, Telegram, gave out the email address of his son, to whom he does not speak, with a bizarre request:

"If your heart moves you to write and express your stories of feelings of faith with him, perhaps it would help awaken him to the world outside Austin. I think he would benefit from the loving words from followers of Jesus Christ. Not a request to write him, but only a request to follow your heart."

The content of Wood's Telegram channel seems to suggest that he attracts a far-right, conspiracy-laden crowd; he routinely posts conspiracy theories in line with the far-right QAnon conspiracy, as well as platitudes about "surviving" the aftermath of the 2020 election, which he still claims was stolen from Trump.

Wood then posted a follow-up message, with a "woe-is-me" tone, saying he may have been "wrong" in posting the email of his son, but that he does not regret it.

"Maybe I should not have mentioned my son, Matt, along with the request that you consider writing him a note of love and faith...so now I am accused of doxxing my own son. I intended no such thing. I love him. I would never do anything to hurt him."
"I took the chance. I do not regret it. One cannot be motivated by the fear of failure. How many experiences would we have missed if we did not take risks?"

Wood set up his son to be harassed by a mob by posting his email address on a public forum.

Telegram is Lin's only platform, as his Twitter was suspended for spreading lies meant to incite violence surrounding the 2020 election. Wood also faces disbarment from the Georgia State Bar Association if he cannot pass a mental health exam.

Hopefully Wood's son escaped from this ordeal relatively un-harassed.
