In an ultimate gesture of "Mind your own business," a bodybuilder has gone viral for his response to a woman who was making fun of a stranger's workout.

TikToker @nikkii_fitness took a video of herself working out in the gym, and behind her, she spotted a man who was doing a move she didn't recognize with the weights.

She decided to criticize him in front of everybody.

But @thejoeyswoll was not going to let her get away with that so easily.

@thejoeyswoll pointed out the man behind her was doing a legitimate exercise and just because she didn't know it doesn't mean it was invalid.

"What he’s working is biceps. He’s doing what’s called a drag curl," he explained.

"Now, granted, most people do them with a barbell – he’s doing them with dumbells so it may look a little strange, a little awkward.”

Joey Swoll had no patience for Nikki Fitness' closed-minded cruelty, either.

“The fact that people at the gym take videos of other people to try and make fun of them blows my mind. Be better than that.”

Several people chimed in their biggest fear was being filmed and made fun of at the gym--causing them to avoid it altogether.

Since the video was posted, @nikkii_fitness replied to the backlash over her choice to film and mock another gym-goer.

"Part of doing better is producing content to show you guys that I've learned from this," she said, after apologizing for filming and mocking the man.

She also said she didn't intentionally film the man, as she was in the center of the frame, but she realized now she should not have reposted it and commented on it.

Hopefully her sentiment is sincere and everybody can learn a lesson in withholding judgement—especially in vulnerable environments like a gym or beach.

After all, minding one's own business is free.

We're all human here, so we all make mistakes. Most mistakes can be resolved with a genuine apology, hot glue to fix a broken vase, and a good cleaning solution for a big spill.

Other mistakes, like bullying someone or breaking someone's heart, are much more guilt-inducing and harder for everyone to get over.
