Sometimes art imitates life.

Actor Jim Carrey has dedicated his off-screen hiatus to creating controversial political art. In his latest painting, the 56-year-old big screen veteran takes on Fox News host Sean Hannity.

Posted to Twitter on Tuesday morning, the painting shows Hannity in a wrestling match with Alex Jones while dead-eyed onlookers cheer. Hitler is pictured on the left, raising the Nazi salute. Carrey's cartoon comes in response to on-air scripts news anchors who work for Sinclair Broadcasting are forced to read.

"If u believe wrestling is real u may even believe Fox news, Info Wars and the robotic drones on Sinclair Broadcasting. But wrestling doesn't harm viewers. Performers like Sean Hannity and Alex Jones should join the WWE where their hyperbole will do less damage to the culture."

Here's his latest depiction of Trump's nominee for National Security Adviser, Former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton.

"Coming soon! 'National Security Adviser 2: Armageddon Boogaloo'"

Carrey's controversial paintings have been stirring audiences for months. Last week, he debuted a portrait of President Donald Trump yelling over a bowl of ice cream.

"Dear Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery @NPG, I know it's early but I'd like to submit this as the official portrait of our 45th President, Donald J. Trump. It's called, 'You Scream. I Scream. Will We Ever Stop Screaming?'"

His March 28th rendition of NRA head Wayne LaPierre showed no mercy either. Carrey called LaPierre "Putin's stooge."

"They're saying the NRA took Russian money to support the Republican party in the last election. Maybe that's why Trump and his flying monkeys are so accommodating? Is Wayne LaPierre also Putin's stooge -- or just another run of the mill demon from hell? #BanTheNRA"

Carrey has also portrayed Trump's son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner as the devil in "Self-Unmade Man." Kushner inherited hundreds of millions of dollars worth of New York City real estate from his father, and was handed a senior position in the White House solely because of his closeness to Trump. The 666 symbolizes Kushner's flagship building, 666 5th Avenue.

And his portrait of White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders drew its own controversy last month, in which Carrey knocks her as a liar posing as a Christian.

"This is the portrait of a so-called Christian whose only purpose in life is to lie for the wicked. Monstrous!"

Carrey's art has a healthy social media following, although interpretations and appreciation varies greatly from person to person. Most Twitter users see Carrey's art as political dissent, and perfectly within his right to free speech.

AOC Saves The Day By Giving Bronx Middle School Group A Tour Of The Capitol Amid Shutdown

New York Democratic Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez had people cheering after she stepped in to act as tour guide after a group of middle schoolers from the Bronx pulled up to the Capitol hours after the U.S. government officially shut down.

The federal government shut down early Wednesday after the White House and Congress failed to reach an agreement on federal spending. While Senate Democrats are in the minority, they hold enough seats to filibuster and are insisting that Republicans agree to extend federal subsidies for people insured under the Affordable Care Act.

GOP Lawmaker Sparks Outrage After Calling For Dem Rep. To Be Executed For Urging People To Protest Trump

On Wednesday, September 25, an Arizona MAGA Republican state Representative publicly called for the execution of Washington Democratic Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal because she urged anyone displeased with MAGA Republican President Donald Trump's job performance to exercise their First Amendment right to free speech and to protest.

Apparently, urging citizens to make their voices heard was a step too far for Arizona state GOP Representative John Gillette, who responded to a clip edited out of a longer video by right-wing account The Patriot Oasis (TPO). A quick scan through Gillette's X account media posts will reveal his political leanings.

Liberal TikToker Mortified After Discovering That Her Therapist Is Hardcore MAGA

There used to be a time where politics did not have to come into every room or be a part of every conversation. But in a world with President Trump and MAGA, it's not as simple as being Red, Blue, or Green anymore.

Now, the sociopolitical climate is dangerous for many people and still very stress-inducing for others. It's important to surround ourselves with people who make us feel safe and seen—and unfortunately, that might mean cutting out people who have "different beliefs" than we do.
