The 'Law & Order: SVU' star used his wife Coco as an example to empower women over 40 from an ageist question on X, formerly Twitter.

Ice-T's response to a question asking if women over 40 should wear swimsuits or leggings was met with a collective round of applause from people on social media.

The Law & Order: SVU star used his wife Coco as an example to empower all women, especially women older than 40, after an ageist question was posed on X, formerly Twitter.

User @ByBellaArtist asked others on the platform:

"Good morning!"
"When you read that 40 plus women shouldn’t be on timelines in beach wear or leggings"
"Do you agree?"

Ice-T reacted by sharing photos of his wife Coco, one of them from her recent 45th birthday celebration.

The 66-year-old rapper wrote:

"My Wife just turned 45.."
"She’s still Modeling and Killin it daily…"
"I think women hit their stride in their 40s… Just sayin."

Viewers of the entertainer's response applauded him for celebrating his wife and empowering women.

And others agreed that age is just a number.

Way to shut down the ageist trolls! Well done 👏👏👏

Kirk's murder has galvanized the far-right, with President Donald Trump and his surrogates claiming without evidence that rhetoric from Democrats is responsible for Kirk's death.

Woman Goes Viral After Revealing How Her Obsession With Matcha Landed Her In The Hospital

Let's be honest: Too much of anything isn't good for us. It's all about the balance!

But the media and social media trends have taught us that certain things are really good for us, encouraging us to be like the "very mindful and very demure" girls and take care of ourselves. One such example is drinking more matcha, especially if you really like coffee or think you have a caffeine addiction.
