'Fortnite Mobile' is Officially Available on Most, but Not All, iOS Devices

After Epic Games’ Fortnite was met with a cold response, the early access title underwent a rather big change to profit on the battle royale genre popularized by games like PlayUnknown’s Battlegrounds. Since the introduction of the Battle Royale game mode, Fortnite experienced an explosive growth that has caused it to surpass Minecraft as the most viewed game on YouTube. Ryan Wyatt of YouTube’s VR/AR department also announced that it “holds the record for the most videos related to a video game uploaded in a single month [ever].”

Fortnite’s continued growth doesn’t seem to be slowing down, either, especially considering Epic Games recently launched a mobile version. Initially available on an “invite-only” basis, Fortnite Mobile was opened up to all iOS users on April 3, 2018. Access to the game is done through the official Epic Games website. The process of downloading also helps transfer purchases and player data from the console and PC versions to the handheld game.

Currently, Fortnite Mobile is only available on iOS-enabled devices, though there are restrictions to that. The official Fortnite Twitter account confirmed that the game is only compatible with the iPhone SE, 6S, 7, 8, and X along with the iPad Mini 4, Air 2, 2017, and Pro. That means anybody with an iPhone 5S, 6, and 6 Plus or iPad Air, Mini 2, Mini 3, or iPod Touch will need to upgrade in order to play Fortnite on the go.

Epic’s website does have an option for Android users, though they are currently listed under “Coming Later.” The devices listed for Android compatibility include Google Pixel 2 / XL, Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+, Sony Xperia XZ, Nokia 6, and many more. For a complete list of devices and to start the process of downloading, visit the official Fortnite website.

MAGA Spat Between Far-Right Influencers Bizarrely Devolves Into Argument About Bestiality

Things got very, very weird between far-right influencers Candace Owens and Dinesh D'Souza after the two sparred over conspiracies around the killing of far-right activist Charlie Kirk and D'Souza somehow managed to derail the argument with a bonkers comparison to "a farmer having sex with a sheep."

Owens broke with other MAGA conservatives after sharing what she claimed were text messages from Kirk, allegedly written two days before his death, in which he said he planned to “leave the pro-Israel cause.” Andrew Kolvet, the spokesperson for Kirk’s Turning Point USA, confirmed that the messages were "authentic."
