It also helps improve your balance. Take it from someone who falls down when standing. We could all use some help with our balance.

And a whole exercise ball. I know some people work from home, and you can use this ball as a chair to engage your core while filling out spreadsheets. It's a stabilizer for muscles.

If you are getting bored repeating workouts, rolling the dice might change things up. Workouts can be boring if you do the same thing every week.
