Grande shared a photo of her grandparents, Marjorie and Frank Grande, on their wedding day, after her beloved "Nonna" died at age 99.

We're deeply saddened to report that Marjorie 'Nonna' Grande, Ariana Grande's grandmother, has passed away.

Marjorie Grande was born on October 12, 1925, and passed away at the age of 99, surrounded by family and friends. She leaves behind countless family and friends, including Ariana Grande and Frankie J. Grande.

Nonna became everyone's honorary grandmother in recent years, especially since the premiere of Wicked: Part One as Ariana Grande shared more about her and shared clips that featured her bright personality.

While touring for Wicked, Grande shared that when she was ten years old, her Nonna took her to the theater to see Wicked for the first time, where she was able to meet the iconic Kristin Chenoweth, and it set her on the path to wanting to one day be Glinda.

A favorite moment for fans in 2024 was when Grande visited her Nonna in her Florida hometown of Boca Raton, where they went to the movie theater to see Wicked together and the "Popular" song was reportedly Nonna's favorite part.

"Oh, I LOVE that!"

When Nonna passed away, Grande shared on her Instagram stories the devastating news.

"We are devastated to share that the beloved matriarch of our family has passed away."
"Majorie (Nonna) Grande passed peacefully in her home and was surrounded by her family and loved ones for every moment of her last few weeks."
"We thank you for your love, support, and for respecting our privacy as we grieve and celebrate her beautiful, extraordinary life."

Grande's brother, Frankie, and her mother, Joan, shared the same statements on their stories. Grande also shared a photo of her grandparents together on Instagram, after her grandfather passed back in 2014.

Fans were sad on Grande's behalf and expressed their condolences in the comments.
