Oh, Canada. One little boy from Ontario has the nation talking after he got himself added to Santa's naughty list in the most epic way.

In the early evening hours on Christmas, police at the Ontario Provincial Police department fielded a phone call from one very unhappy little boy. There was no emergency, the child was just mad because someone had given him snow pants as a Christmas gift and not something cool like a toy. The little boy wanted police to step in and handle the situation. Police Sgt. Kerry Schmidt explained to CTV News that officers took the proper steps to make sure that there was no emergency. Unfortunately, that process takes about thirty minutes of time away from real emergencies. Sgt Schmidt wants people to think of this as a teachable moment:

Parents or caregivers need to make sure their children understand the consequences of calling 911 and what constitutes an emergency... Kids need to realize that calling 911 is critical and serious. We don't want to waste resources going after calls that aren't an emergency.

To further the message, Schmidt tweeted about the incident:

Some people took the opportunity to thank the police for responding to every call.

Others complained about the child or his parents.

But a lot of people were kind of sympathetic to the kid's plight... If nothing else it was kind of funny.

Remember guys, fashion emergencies are not actual emergency situations and typically do not warrant a call to 911. Teach the children. Also, snow pants suck.

Philly Woman Goes Viral With Her Totally Chill Reaction To Her Car Being Completely Frozen In Ice

While the Northeast battled winter weather, the internet was captivated by a Philly-based TikToker documenting how her car turned into what she jokingly described as a Snowmaggedon popsicle.

Last week, Tianna Graham shoveled out her 2016 Honda Civic and drove out after a snowstorm, took it to work, and parked it in the same spot she’d left it before: next to a water main. By the time she returned, her vehicle was completely encased in ice on the 1000 block of North Front Street in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood.

When a person becomes a parent, much more will change in their life than they anticipated.

But that transition can be especially hard when a person feels like they're losing themselves to their role as a mom or dad—and that feeling is made even worse when their partner hyper-fixates on their new role.
