Technology these days has enabled our children to ask us the same questions we were asking our parents a few decades ago, but from much farther away.

A kid, whom has been identified as "Babie Gracie" was shown contacting his dad through their house's Ring doorbell camera while his dad was still at work. Why? He needed to know how to find the kids' channel on TV.

The video is absolutely adorable from start to finish:

Inventive Boy Uses Ring To Get Help From Dad

This smart kid knew exactly how to get a hold of dad when a very important matter needed to be solved.

When the father said "I think the kids' channel is 25!" the kid very sweetly responds....

"I don't know 25."

We all about lost it there.

The kid was also making faces and blowing kisses.

The entire experience was just truly adorable.

People are seeing themselves and their own kids in this.

And the dad:

Though this case of the doorbell cam was adorable, the Ring doorbell cam has some other touching stories.

For example, this sister being reunited with her soldier brother:

And this delivery driver who put an empty trash can in front of his delivery so it didn't get stolen:

And all these sweet Valentine's Day moments:

So many sweet moments seem to occur on doorsteps. Who knew?
