Tiktoker @lacie_kraatz explained how her intuition helped save her from a potentially dangerous situation after a man stalked her on a 3 mile run.

For women everywhere being someplace alone can be a panic inducing experience. As a runner and a woman, you are constantly told and given examples of why it isn't safe to run alone.

One woman found out first hand why its always safer to have someone with you when she was followed by a man.

TikToker Lacie—@lacie_kraatz—was running in the park when she noticed a suspicious fellow runner.

In her video Lacie was walking on a trail in a park and there were people around her. Then she started talking about the guy behind her that made her feel uncomfortable.

She explained they were running in opposite directions but after he passed her, he stopped in the middle of the trail, turned and started to run in the same direction as her.
