"How to get booted off a plane," reads the caption for an insanely viral TikTok currently—and honestly, if that's one of your goals in life, you should take notes because the woman featured in the video pulled it off without a hitch after she was caught vaping in front of a flight attendant.

As we know, vaping is way more convenient—and discreet—than lighting up a good old-fashioned cigarette, and sometimes those who vape regularly take a puff or two without even thinking about it.

But that doesn't mean they should...and definitely not where vaping is strictly prohibited.

The video, posted by the TikTok account @tipsytalk, shows a passenger on a plane indulging in a puff from her e-cigarette all while a flight attendant is standing right behind her.

As she exhales, the flight attendant comes around to her row and tells her that vaping is absolutely not allowed on the flight.

He tells her:

"Ma'am, you can't do that."

Putting her device inside her clothes, she responds:

"OK, OK, I apologize I didn't mean to do that."
"I will never vape again."

The flight attendant replied, "Okay," and walked away.

After making some indecipherable comments, she then grunts:

"Ughhh. Are you kicking me off?"

She then added:

"Well, we can't promise anything so goodnight."

All the while, her neighbor is doing her best to keep to herself, typing on her phone the entire time and avoiding eye contact at all costs.

Fortunately for them, there was a part 2.

The unfortunately blurry follow-up video shows the woman being approached by two staff members. One of them asks her to get up and get her things.

The woman obliges and proceeds to exit the plane with the employees.

Not only is vaping on a plane unsafe, it is also a federal offense.

According to Newsweek, vaping while on an airplane can result in a fine of nearly $2,000.

A Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) spokesperson told the outlet:

“FAA regulations prohibit smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, on board airliners."
“Passengers who violate federal vaping laws could face fines up to $1,771.”

Let this serve as a warning: Don't vape and fly!
